I started practicing and teaching fitness at 15, and since 2017 I’ve been teaching yoga, working with a wide range of clients — from pregnant women and athletes to older adults — through both private and group sessions. My approach is always individualized, supporting strength, flexibility, and long-term resilience.
My path into nutrition became personal in 2021, when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. After not finding answers through conventional care, I discovered functional medicine, which helped me manage my symptoms and completely shift how I understand health.
Today, I combine movement and root-cause nutrition to help others improve energy, digestion, and overall well-being - in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.
